Exercise doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive. Body weight work can be very effective, especially when done as high intensity interval training.
There are many options for doing exercises at home, with some equipment like resistance bands or a suspension trainer, or with no equipment. You can also improvise and make your own “equipment”!
In the video below, I show 5 exercises to get a full body workout using some common household items found in your kitchen.
For this workout, all you need are 2 rags, 1 towel, 2 apple sauce jars (or other cans) and 1 large bottle of vinegar (a laundry detergent bottle would work as well).
You can complete the exercises as a circuit, doing 10-15 reps of each, one after another. Take a 60 second break and start again. Do 3-4 rounds of the circuit.
