I was never really that fond of granola…not that I didn’t like it, I just never ate it. Until I started making my own eat clean version! Now I make a batch about once every two weeks. I’ve discovered the most amazing ways to eat it!

Ingredients:

DRY

WET

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
  2. Pour wet mixture over dry and combine.
  3. Spread mixture on baking sheet (lightly season with oil/butter if not using silicone).
  4. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes, remove and stir, bake another 15 minutes or until oats are golden.
