This 6-week online workout program is for you if you want to get strong using short, effective workouts!

All workouts are between 10-20 minutes long and use little to no equipment. You’ll follow along to Coach Lydia who is with you the entire workout, providing encouragement and cues.

There are workouts for every day of the week, but feel free to do as many or as few as you like.

Click on the play button for each week and it will take you to the Youtube playlist for that week.

Remember to stretch after your workout. You can follow along to some stretches using the link below.
